photo use policy

The images and graphics found on HowToMakeCerealTreats were photographed or created by Beth and Meaghan specifically for this website. They are protected by copyright.

You do not need to reach out to ask for permission to share an image, if you follow our guidelines exactly.

general guidelines

We always appreciate when you share links to our cereal treats on social media or within your own blog posts. You may also share an image if and only if it links to the original blog post. We do NOT ALLOW you to copy and paste our entire recipe to reshare.

We pour days into testing each recipe, writing blog posts, photographing and creating videos. In order to provide free recipes, we must earn income on this site through ads. If you scrape our content or remove watermarks from our images and share them online without linking back to our site, we lose income.

how to share our recipes

You are welcome to share any of our images (with a watermark intact if they have one) on social media or on your blog as long as you link directly to the corresponding recipe, not the home page.

Please do not post full ingredient lists and step-by-step instructions on social media including in groups, on your own blog, or on any recipe aggregate websites like All Recipes.

recreating our recipes

If you love a cereal treat recipe and would like to make it and share on your own blog, please:

  • Take your own pictures.
  • Write the instructions using your own words. Please do not copy and paste any part of the recipe instructions into your own blog or search engines will consider it duplicate content, which harms us both.
  • LINK to our original recipe and mention HowToMakeCerealTreats.com.

Thanks!

We appreciate you following our guidelines and hope you enjoy making and sharing our recipes.
