Instructions
Spray your bowls and spatulas with non-stick cooking spray!
Spray a large bowl with cooking spray and add Rice Krispies.
Additionally, spray the Bundt pan. Arrange sprinkles at the bottom of the Bundt pan, if using.
In a large saucepan, start to melt butter. Add marshmallows.
Heat over low, stirring occasionally, until about 75% of the marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat and continue to stir, using the residual heat to fully melt the marshmallows. The mixture should be completely smooth.
Fold the mixture into the cereal and stir to coat the cereal completely.
With a greased spatula, transfer the treats into the cake mold. Press evenly. TIP: Rinse your hands lightly with water and use your hands to even the bottom of the treats.
Chill for one hour or let set at room temperature at least two hours before overturning the Rice Krispie Treat Bundt cake on a cake plate or baking sheet.
