Instructions
Grease a large mixing bowl and an 8-inch square pan with butter.
Pour the cereal into the bowl and set aside.
Cut the candy bars into small pieces and set aside.
Begin to melt the butter in a medium-large saucepan set over low heat.
Add the marshmallows.
Stir the marshmallows occasionally until about 75% have melted.
Then, remove the pan from the heat, and continue to stir, smashing the marshmallows, until they have all melted.
Pour over the cereal and stir until well blended.
Allow the cereal treat mixture to cool for 5 minutes.
Toss in ¾ of the chopped Snickers candy bars and mix until combined.
Spread into your pan.
Immediately, press the remaining candy bar pieces over the cereal treats.
Cover and allow the treats to cool at room temperature for about an hour before cutting into 16 squares.
Notes
Store the treats in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
